Welcome. VoXevangeline is a small, individually owned business with big dreams. I am the designer, metalsmith, photographer, sales associate, buyer, promoter, web designer, merchandiser and accountant. I find myself working late into the night because I love what I do. Below are my payment and return policies. Please read before you place your purchase. Xo!

PAYMENT

Because I handmake each piece, most jewelry is made to order at the time of purchase once full payment is received. I will note in a listing if there is one ready for delivery. Additional pieces will be made to order if the customer would love more than one. There's always room for more. Understand that there will be a 1-4 week turnaround on all made to order and custom pieces before shipping. If you need your order in less time, please CONTACT me or email me at [email protected] and I will try to move heaven and earth for you.

VoXevangeline accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

RETURNS

All items are inspected carefully and safely packed by me before shipping them to you. If your item arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please contact your carrier to file a claim and arrange an inspection of the damaged package.

If the item is found defective or broken to no fault of the carrier, please contact me within 72 hours with images to determine whether the item is flawed or if it's the actual design of the piece and we'll take it from there. If it's determined that the flaw is mine, I will accept the returned item for exchange only. The item must be returned in unworn condition with it's receipt and in it's original packaging with tags attached. I will replace it with a new one. I ask that the customer initially pays for the return shipping to my studio. My customers are important to me and I will work to make you happy.

I apologize that I cannot accept returns for aesthetic reasons and I do not give refunds. Most of my work is made expressly for you so take extra care when ordering especially with chain lengths and ring sizes. If you have any questions, please ask before ordering.

REPAIRS

If for any reason your piece cries out for a little TLC, for up to 6 months after your purchase date, contact me and I will gladly make the repair free of charge. After 6 months and depending upon the repair, there will be a small fee. I ask that the customer pays for shipping to and from my studio.
